Loose skin never exists in a vacuum. Aging skin almost always has spider veins and brown spots, large pores and fine wrinkles which is precisely why it is mandatory to improve the skin while it is being tightened. This creates a synergy where the results we achieve together are much better than the results we achieve separately.
Deep collagen laxity is addressed with the TITAN™ while the Laser Genesis works on the more superficial collagen and spider veins. 
At The Medical and Skin Spa we evaluate each candidate for 3D Skin Rejuvenation at a complImentary consultation which always includes a VISIA™ Digital Complexion Analysis to gauge the degree of subdermal damage. Looking in the mirror with Doctor Foxx, the patient has the opportunity to see almost exactly what the procedure will accomplish.
The 3D Skin Rejuvenation includes a series of three treatments, four weeks apart, each including a TITAN™ treatment, a microdermabrasion or BioMedic MicroPeel™, and a Laser Genesis and Solar Genesis.
The entire treatment takes approximately three and one-half hours and can be completed in one day. We encourage patients to avail themselves of the healing locker and spa facilities at Agua Serena, don a comfortable robe, and submerge themselves in the experience. If desired, patients may choose a healthful snack or full meal from the spa menu developed by Doctor Foxx and Executive Chef Chris Mitchum.
